TERMS OF PARTICIPATION - ALDERWOOD SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE ABOVE-MENTIONED SOFTBALL LEAGUE DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE OR LOSS, RESULTING FROM ANY ACCIDENT, FROM ANY KNOWN OR UNKNOWN CONDITION, HANDICAP, INFECTION, OR FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER. ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT(I.E. HELMET, ATHLETIC SUPPORT, GLOVE, AND RUNNING SHOES) AND BEHAVE IN A SPORTSMANLIKE MANNER AT ALL TIMES. SPECTATORS MUST ALSO ACT IN A SPORTSMANLIKE MANNER, OR WILL BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE PARK. THE DECISION WILL BE THAT OF THE UMPIRE OR EXECUTIVE MEMBER.
