A Message from your Alderwood Softball Executive Committee
Hello Everyone,
On behalf of the Alderwood Softball Executive team, we hope that you are all safe and healthy. These are unprecedented times and can be difficult for anyone to manage, especially our kids.
There is a lot of uncertainty surrounding all of us and our future activities as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The league is monitoring the situation carefully and await further direction from all levels of government as to when our season can begin. We remain hopeful that there will be some season of softball to play. When this will begin and how physical distancing will be maintained is still unknown. Your Alderwood Softball Executive team are currently exploring new protocols of play that will incorporate physical distancing.
As of today, we do have tentative permits and the City has advised us that they will be issued July 1.
As soon as we have further information to share about the status of our softball season, we will update you.
In the meantime, continue to practice physical distancing, stay home when you can and stay safe and healthy.
